Brunch Wedding Reception

So you want to have a "big wedding", but your wallet isn't quite cooperating. The most easiest and obvious ways to save money is by trimming your guest list, but this doesn't always work. If you and your fiance have very large families this option won't work for you. Another suggestion is to have your wedding day begin mid-morning followed by a brunch reception. A brunch wedding reception is generally less expensive than a dinner reception and can be just as elegant. Omelet and waffle stations, fresh fruits, and pasties, cold cuts and various cheeses are great options for your brunch menu. Top theses off with mimosas and champagne and your guests will be sure to enjoy!
